The brief

Progress Housing Group are seeking an experienced contractor to complete targeted repairs for the Group as per the detailed specifications listed within this tender pack.

The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements.

The works will be split over four lots: Lot 1 - Roofing (inc pointing/guttering etc) Lot 2 - Groundworks (inc external works/drainage etc) Lot 3 - Targeted Repairs (healthy homes/general repairs/disrepair) Lot 4 – Void Cleaning & Clearance One bidder will be appointed for each lot, providing high quality and value for money, bidders are only permitted to bid for one lot.
