Successful bid submitted as part of the Wave 2 funding round to support children and young people living in residential care who experience repeated emotional distress, crisis presentations, or placement instability
b. A review undertaken as to whether this could be delivered by commissioners and a revised proposal submitted for review
c. Reviewed and approved by SLT as the proposal would support winter pressures
