WLBC is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced specialist play equipment contractor to design, supply, and install a new inclusive play area for children aged 5-12 years at Helmsdale, Birch Green, Skelmersdale.
The contractor will also be responsible for appropriately removing the existing infrastructure and surfacing.
