The future contract may include: • Responsive repairs and maintenance. • Emergency and out-of-hours call-out services. • Mechanical and electrical works. • Roofing, drainage and building fabric repairs. • Planned maintenance activities. • Minor works projects. • Building improvement works. • Capital projects. • One-off ad hoc building works. • Specialist repair services.
