We are carrying out Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) for the provision of Social Value and Sustainability measurement and management software on ProcureCo, the dedicated digital platform for preliminary market engagement.
The purpose of this exercise is to consult with suppliers to shape the tender for this particular contract going forward, ensuring that the tender questions are efficient, deliverable, and effective.
