For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award.

The contract is for the provision of the supervised toothbrushing programme from 1st September 2026 to 31st August 2028, with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
