The brief

Tonbridge & Malling Borough Councill (TMBC) is looking for event companies/organisations to run a Christmas attraction at Tonbridge Castle (the grounds, centring on the Bailey Lawn).

The Bailey Lawn has a capacity of 1,800 people, at any one time.

At this stage the Council is undecided about how best to deliver this contract and is engaging with the market to explore options and gauge the current market interest.

Site visits can be arranged on Thursday 20th and Friday 21st March 2025 for organisers to review the site should they wish to.
