The brief

Temporary Accommodation Framework Market Engagement Event It is envisaged the Framework is likely to be split into a number of lots, to include the following: Lot 1 - Bed and Breakfast Rooms of various sizes available in Hotels without cooking facilities.

These rooms are used on an emergency basis, the length of use for families is limited to 6 weeks and paid for on a nightly basis.

Lot 2 – Annexes Predominantly family sized properties used on a spot purchase (on demand) basis, originally used as short term emergency accommodation.

They are fully furnished and tenure is based on a licence, and evictions can be carried out at short notice.

Lot 3 – Hostels Rooms of various sizes, from single to family size, most of which have some self-contained facilities, either bathing or cooking or both.

Lot 4 - Private Sector Leased.

Mainly family sized properties offered to households as Stage 2 accommodation, where Hackney have accepted a duty to the household.

These are also fully furnished.

Lot 5- No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) Properties for persons with NRPF, for families who will need resettlement support and household provisions in the form of "starter packs", e.g., bedding, utensils, basic provisions, wifi, working utilities.
