This contract has been awarded by NHS England, on behalf of IMPACT Provider Collaborative, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, under the urgent circumstances provision of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.<br/><br/>For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>The contract relates to the provision of:<br/><br/>Adult Male Medium Secure Services;<br/>Adult Male Low Secure Services.<br/><br/>This contract has been awarded following regulatory action affecting the incumbent provider's ability to continue delivering the services in accordance with contractual requirements. The circumstances created an immediate need to secure continuity of services and maintain safe patient care arrangements.<br/><br/>The contract will run from 15 September 2026 to 31 March 2027.<br/><br/>Estimated lifetime contract value (15 September 2026 to 31 March 2027): £17,010,616
