The brief

Medway Council is seeking quotes from prospective suppliers for a Winter Night Shelter.

Providing overnight refuge at premises where entry and egress can be controlled and location accessible to Medway residents.

The premises must have facilities, toilets, etc for overnight stays, separate sleeping areas for males and females with bedding stored for each individual client and appropriate office space for overnight staff.

The Contract is anticipated to commence on 01/12/2026 and will continue for a period of four calendar months for each of three years, closing on the 31/03 2027 and with the annual reopening on the same dates in 27/28 and 28/29.
