YPO frameworks: who uses them, for what
YPO — the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation — was formed in 1974 by 13 local authorities and is still wholly owned by them. Its frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems are open to public bodies across the UK. Buyers cite YPO agreements by number (YPO 1141, DPS 978). The list below shows which ones are called off most.
- 03DPS stay open
Several YPO agreements are dynamic purchasing systems, which admit new suppliers while they run — no waiting for a relet.
- 04Then follow the call-offs
Once on an agreement, the call-offs are the work — the buyers below already call YPO agreements off.

Live figures
Every figure is read from UK notices on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder (Open Government Licence v3.0): the sentences our requirement matcher found naming YPO, one count per notice, joined to each notice's buyer and date.
A notice published by YPO itself counts as its own. Any other buyer's notice counts as a call-off. Figures are floors: a notice that uses a framework without naming it in its text is not counted.
