Abertonllwyd House will be commissioned as a 24 hour supported accommodation move on option and will be the agreed pathway for individuals who have been placed in temporary accommodation, including those placed in bed and breakfast accommodation and hostels in RCT.
The project will provide up to 9 months additional supported accommodation for single homeless people with complex needs.
This project will provide a psychologically-informed short-term accommodation and support both male and female single homeless people.
The project will accommodate up to 8 people at any one time in the form of 8 24/7 self contained units (2 units on the ground floor are DDA Compliant).
The contract term is for 3 years plus an option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year with an indicative annual budget of 215000 GBP per annum.
