• Improve estate efficiency
• Support hybrid and flexible working
• Reduce operational costs
• Enable better use of Trust assets
• Continuity of service during transition
This was awarded through the NHSSBS Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services (SBS10190)
