The brief

The service provided by the Provider will be to prepare and provide a full detailed tender pack to the requirements of NEC4 ECC Option A.

This is for the full replacement of the existing metal Fire Escapes and their housing in accordance with the granted Planning Permission and approved drawings (supplied).

The tender pack will require working drawings and details necessary for tender purposes including a full design criteria for new Fire Escapes to conform fully with current legislation.
