Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (BTHFT) requires a contract to provide support for the Command Centre Tiles along with maintenance of the Video Wall. The Command Centre provides real-time information to help make informed decisions on managing patient care and flow across the hospital. The Wall of Analytics Tiles integrate information from multiple sources and highlights where the problems or delays are. This enables the Clinical Site Team to focus their attention on priority actions, helping to keep patients safe and moving through their care pathway. The requirement for continued support and maintenance of the Command Centre Tiles is essential to ensure operational continuity and system reliability.
