Carriageway Layered Patching and Associated Repair Works Framework
The procurement contact named on the official notice.
Norse Eastern Ltd publishes Construction work continuously — 6 notices, roughly one every 40 days. This is a stream to watch, not a cycle to wait for.
21% of Norse Eastern Ltd’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.
Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →
Norse Highways, a Trading division of Norse Eastern, undertake a programme of planned routine maintenance including patching, highways improvements and an element of privately funded work attached to the highway.
Norse Highways are seeking suitably qualified service providers to be appointed to a closed framework for planned routine maintenance for carriageway layered patching, footway patching and pothole reinstating, split over three LOTS (LOTS 1-3) for works to be undertaken across Norfolk.
Each LOT (LOTS 1-3) will be split into two areas - Norwich City and Norfolk.
Bidders must be able to provide services in both areas and can submit bids for one or all LOTS.
There will be a maximum of 6 suppliers appointed to each LOT.
An additional LOT (LOT 4) will be available for Carriage Way re-surfacing works which are larger scale requirements and not included the planned maintenance.
LOT 4 will be evaluated on Quality and Social value only for Bidders to gain a place on the Framework for this LOT.
A further competition will be undertaken to award works based on criteria of price and availability.
LOT 4 will not be restricted to maximum number of suppliers.
Bidders can submit a response for one or all LOTS. https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/K7GU687DS4 To view this notice, please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/viewNotice.html?noticeId=966495090

LOT 4 will be evaluated on Quality and Social value only for Bidders to gain a place on the Framework for this LOT.
Matched against the notice text, so this is a floor — the tender pack will demand things the notice never mentions. “Says must” means the quoted sentence itself used obligation language; anything ambiguous is left as a mention.
