Funding Status Notice: Tenderers are advised that this procurement process and any subsequent contract award are strictly subject to Bilbrook Parish Council successfully acquiring the necessary external grant funding and financial approvals for the project. Bilbrook Parish Council reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend this tender process at any stage without liability for any costs incurred by tenderers.
