Linc-Cymru Housing Association Limited ('Linc') is seeking a suitable certified and experienced timber frame supplier to nominate within a design and build contract opportunity due for release in June 2024.

The design and build contract opportunity is a development site based in Caerphilly, South Wales and consists of 30 units in total.

The development delivers a mix of new build houses and flats (19 no.), the complete renovation of a structure of local historic importance into residential dwellings (10 no.) and a new build children’s home.

The successful organisation in this procurement will be formally nominated within the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 for the development scheme.
