Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
Digital CYPMH
Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has published 3 Health & Social Care notices, about every 23 months. On that rhythm the next one is expected around July 2028.
Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) is seeking supplier input to support the development of a service specification and inform its procurement strategy for digital CYP Mental Health Services.
MPFT intends to conduct preliminary market engagement to inform the model of the future provision of digital support for CYP Mental Health Services in South Staffordshire.
We are inviting suppliers with relevant experience and capability to express interest in participating in this engagement.
The purpose is to gather insights that will help shape our service specification, procurement approach, and ensure alignment with best practice and regulatory standards.
Any supplier wishing to participate in this preliminary market engagement exercise must be willing to share insights to improve service quality, performance, and value.
Demand for children and young people's mental health support has continued to grow, with record numbers accessing services and significant numbers still waiting.
A digital, evidence-based offer can expand reach, provide safe, effective help earlier, and reduce waits while maintaining quality.
We are, therefore, seeking a digital service for CYP in the South Staffordshire footprint of MPFT that: · Aligns to the NHS ambitions of widening access for CYP to mental health support. · Supports transparent access and waiting time reporting. · Offers increased capacity and patient choice through offering safe, guided digital intervention, self-management and therapist-assisted tools for CYP with moderate to severe mental health needs.
Feedback from providers is not binding but will help MPFT shape a comprehensive and effective specification and procurement approach.
The current contract is in place until 6th December 2026.
