Curo wish to procure a 4 year Framework Agreement for the delivery of new build construction and development projects via direct award and mini competition.Under the Framework Agreement the following entities will have the option to call-off contracts with individual framework contractors as and when required: (i) any entity within the same group of companies as Curo Places Limited from time to time (a "Curo Group Member"); (ii) any entity or joint venture company that Curo Places Limited or any other Curo Group Member holds an interest in from time to time; and (iii) any other Social Housing Provider in the UK, from time to time.
"Social Housing Provider" for this purpose means any provider of social housing and includes, without limitation, registered housing providers, local authorities and ALMOs.
