Develop and implement IT Project Services framework to rationalise and modernise WWU's software, applications and infrastructure to enhance the customer experience and to enable WWU to:
• Engage the most suitable supplier for each IT project as simply and quickly as possible.
• Identify project delivery process areas which can be optimised to reduce cost and time.
• Remove/minimise technical debt.
• Modernise and optimise existing services (software/apps, infrastructure and hardware).
• Provide training and awareness programmes for staff.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
