The brief

The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) is procuring a Measured Term Contract (MTC) to support the delivery of reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), minor works, and refurbishment projects across its estate.

The Measured Term Contract (MTC) will be awarded to a single supplier, who will be responsible for undertaking individual call-off works across the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) estate.

Scope of Works The successful Contractor will be responsible for delivering a range of building and mechanical & electrical (M&E) services, including, but not limited to: Building Fabric Repairs and Maintenance: • General building works (e.g. internal partitions, suspended ceilings, doors, and fixtures). • Painting and decorating. • Electrical works (e.g. small power, lighting, and low-voltage systems). • Mechanical services (e.g. plumbing). • Specialist installations (e.g. medical gases, nurse call systems), which may be instructed under provisional sums, subject to pricing and prior approval by the Trust.
