Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of The Education Alliance, wish to establish a national framework of Contractors for medium Works contracts within the UK with values of between 50 000 GBP and 10 000 000 GBP.
The framework will cover, but is not limited to, new builds, extension, refurbishment and maintenance requirements.
The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year, from January 2023.

The framework is divided into 4 lots and 42 regions per lot, giving 168 sub-lots, which will operate with a maximum of 9 Contractors per sub-lot.
