North Yorkshire Council (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement and to assist with drafting a future tender specification for Live Well at Home framework. The Authority is looking to set up an open framework for a total duration of 7 years (3 years with the option to extend for an additional 2 years and then an additional 2 years). The framework will be split into 6 Lots covering the whole of the North Yorkshire Council boundary: • Lot 1 - The Towns • Lot 2 - The Dales • Lot 3 - The Moors • Lot 4 - The Coast • Lot 5 - Specialist Care (Countywide) • Lot 6 - Extra Care (Countywide) Providers will be able to apply to deliver services in up to two locality Lots (Lots 1-4). Providers can bid for Lot 5 and 6 in addition to the two locality Lots. As part of the application, providers will be asked to submit rates for the locality areas they are looking to operate in. Once the framework is established, the intention is to establish up to 10 provider alliances to cover Lots 1-4. Additional information is available within the publish Request for Information document.
