Purpose of Engagement
Bromford Flagship is undertaking preliminary market engagement in advance of a planned procurement for Occupational Health and Health Surveillance services. The purpose of this engagement is to gather supplier insight on the feasibility, potential delivery models, and indicative pricing of the requirement to support budget expectations.
Indicative Pricing Information
As part of this engagement exercise, the Authority is seeking non-binding indicative pricing guidance from interested suppliers. This is intended to assist the Authority in:
• Developing an appropriate procurement strategy
• Assessing affordability and value for money
• Informing and scoping of future tender documentation
Important Notes
• Any pricing information provided will be treated as indicative only and will not form part of any subsequent evaluation.
• Suppliers will not be bound by any pricing submitted at this stage.
• To ensure a fair, open, and transparent competition, any market insights gathered (including indicative pricing ranges) may be shared in summary form with all potential bidders at tender stage.
Next Steps
Suppliers interested in contributing to this engagement are invited to complete a short questionnaire to include pricing ranges by 15th September.
