Fairfax Multi Academy Trust is seeking quotations from suitably qualified providers for the provision of Occupational Health and Pre-Employment Medical Services.
The Trust wishes to appoint a single provider capable of delivering both services through a single contractual arrangement and, where possible, a single integrated platform.
The Services include, but are not limited to: • Occupational Health management referrals. • Long-term sickness absence assessments. • Frequent absence reviews. • Return-to-work assessments. • Fitness-for-work assessments. • Stress and wellbeing assessments. • Disability and Equality Act related assessments. • Workplace adjustment assessments and recommendations. • Pre-employment health questionnaires. • Pre-employment medical screening and assessments. • Occupational Health clearance recommendations. • Reporting and management information. • Account management and support.
The Provider shall deliver a secure online solution that supports referral management, case tracking, reporting, management information and pre-employment medical screening.
Estimated annual volumes include approximately 50 Occupational Health referrals and 60 pre-employment health questionnaires per annum.
Suppliers must be capable of providing both Occupational Health Services and Pre-Employment Medical Screening Services under a single contractual arrangement.
