1.1 The University of Bolton is issuing this Invitation to Tender ('ITT') in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) for the provision of Supply, Installation and Maintenance of 2 x Passenger Lifts under the Fusion21 Lifts Framework, Lot 3.
1.2 The University of Bolton is a Member of the Fusion21 Members Consortium.
This procurement is a Further Competition under Lot 3 of the Fusion21's Lifts Framework.
Only suppliers appointed to the framework/lot for the Rest of UK have been invited to bid.
Bidders are required to include Fusion21's Management Fee in their submission at 4% for this tender, this will be invoiced by Fusion21 directly to the successful tenderer.
