Skills Development Scotland (SDS) on behalf of Scottish Government, invites proposals to deliver Pathway Apprenticeships (PA) - Phase 1A.
There will be further phases with up to 7,605 places available for overall programme.
PA has been developed to support individuals in Scotland who have reached school leaving age up to age 18, who are not in receipt of benefit, a route to an apprenticeship and employment opportunities.
There are currently 5 Frameworks available for delivery - Business Skills (including Digital), Engineering, IT Digital Hardware, IT Digital Software and Social Services Children & Young People.
All PA frameworks will be for 26 weeks and are at SCQF level 6 with the exception being Engineering which will be for 36 weeks and at SCQF level 5 (all extended up to maximum of 52 weeks if the participant is disabled or care experienced).The estimated volume for this notice is for up to 2,000 PA starts.
