The brief

We would like to engage with the Homecare market and attend the forthcoming market engagement events.

The events will be in relation to the procurement of Light Touch services for Homecare Framework Tender in Plymouth.

Plymouth City Council (PCC) are seeking to engage with the provider market who would be interested in providing Homecare Services.

The services will be procured through 6 proposed lots: Lot 1: Core Community Homecare Lot 2: Dementia & Mental Health Lot 3: Rapid Response & Hospital Discharge Lot 4: Complex Care & Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI) Lot 5: Carers Emergency Response Service (CERS) Lot 6: South-East & Rural Sector - Core Community Homecare Proposed contract: The Commissioners intend to procure these services with a planned start date of 1st April 2027.

Contract period will be for 3 years plus 2 additional 3 year increments (3+3+3), with an end date subject to extension(s) of 31 March 2036.
