The brief

Ingeus is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified suppliers to participate in an upcoming procurement for a next-generation Employment Services platform.

The solution will support the end-to-end management of participant journeys, from referral and onboarding through assessment, personalised support, intervention delivery, employment outcomes, sustainment and programme performance management.

The opportunity encompasses a broad range of functional, technical and integration requirements, including participant engagement, advisor enablement, workflow orchestration, reporting and analytics, accessibility, AI-assisted administration, and integration with external platforms and services.

The requirements have been developed through extensive business analysis, stakeholder engagement and user-centred design activities and are documented within a comprehensive Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and supporting User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) requirements catalogue.

Suppliers interested in participating are invited to submit an Expression of Interest outlining their organisation, relevant experience, solution capability and suitability for the opportunity.

Following an initial evaluation of EOI responses, a shortlist of suppliers will be selected to progress to the next stage of the procurement process.

The objective of the EOI stage is to identify suppliers with demonstrable capability in delivering modern, configurable platforms that support complex participant management, workflow-driven service delivery, digital self-service, operational reporting, accessibility standards and future AI enablement requirements.

Suppliers selected to proceed beyond the EOI stage will be required to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving the full tender pack.
