We are seeking to appoint an agency with the following experience: - To provide high quality and consistent Welsh translation from English language to Welsh language using high-calibre translators - Capacity to delivertranslated content to agreed lead times without compromising quality, including occasional fast-turnaround emergency work (for example swift response letters to stakeholders) - Understanding and experience of providing translation services forthe health and care sector involving use of appropriate language, nuance, and sensitivity according to audience needs - Responsive customer service and project management - Providing translation in accordance with brand and tone of voice guidelines - Working with confidential information ensuring appropriate data protection measures and with an aligned safeguarding policy - Flexibility to work with different formats (eg: predominantly Word documents but also pdfs, InDesign files, Adobe Premier etc).
