Serious incident response sessions would be scheduled in response to a serious incident being reported. A response to a serious incident report should be received within one working day, with a serious incident response session to be scheduled within 3 working days of the incident, or at the earliest available opportunity for the person(s) involved. The provider would be expected to delivery face-to-face sessions at venues across Manchester and virtual session, depending on the needs and preferences of different teams.
