What the notice says
Not fully read: this is the notice text; attached documents are not read.
Following a competitive flexible procurement (see Tender Notice (2025/S 000-036252) for further details), London Borough of Brent has selected a single delivery partner to establish a contractual partnership to support delivery of the remaining phases of the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme.
The Council intends to appoint a single delivery partner to deliver a programme of regeneration across multiple sites. The estimated development capacity is at least 1,600 new mixed-tenure homes, to be delivered alongside associated social infrastructure, community amenities, commercial / retail space and high-quality public realm.
It should be noted that the 'total value (estimated)' stated in this notice is an estimate based on projections informed by market information and industry standards. The actual value of the contract is dependent on external factors, but the procurement intends to cover the value generated over the 20-year term.
The date the Council's Cabinet approved the decision to award the contract was 12 October 2026.
Assessment summaries were circulated to tenderers on 20 October 2026.
