T Levels Qualification - Market Engagement Presentation - Generation 2, Wave 1
The procurement contact named on the official notice.
INSTITUTE FOR APPRENTICESHIPS has published 29 notices across all categories, and 21% of its awards go to a supplier it has used before.
Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →
The purpose of this PIN is to advise of the Market Engagement Presentation and it is not being used as a call for competition.
This PIN is intended to: 1.
Inform the market of the upcoming procurement process for the Generation 2, Wave 1 T Levels, being commissioned by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) (and therefore enable the market / potential suppliers to begin to plan for this); this PIN is an update to the information previously circulated in October 2022 and 2.
Advise as to the online market engagement update which will be available through the Procontract eprocurement portal, which is formed of a virtual presentation by IfATE and other documents about the forthcoming Generation 2, Wave 1 T Level procurement.
There will also be one to one sessions offered where suppliers can meet with the procurement team.
Subject to demand, IfATE may also offer a workshop on how to bid for public contracts and/or a workshop specifically focussed on consortia bidding.
Further details about the market engagement presentation, how to book one to one slots and attend the workshops can be found in the Information Memorandum accessible at https://procontract.due-north.com/Register

Matched against the notice text, so this is a floor — the tender pack will demand things the notice never mentions. “Says must” means the quoted sentence itself used obligation language; anything ambiguous is left as a mention.
