What the notice says
Not fully read: this is the notice text; attached documents are not read.
Local authorities are being encouraged to work together to deliver fostering services, and an increasing number of authorities are forming partnerships in the form of 'Fostering Hubs.'
London currently has two Fostering Hubs (West London and East London). As part of the next phase of development, London is moving to a five-hub model, with new Hubs being created in North London, Southeast London and Southwest London.
To support this transition, London Councils/LIIA requires a supplier to deliver:
• One pan-London fostering website.
• Three new regional fostering hub websites. (Please note there could be some variation to the quantity of regional fostering hub websites. We anticipate all three, but it may be that fewer hubs will ultimately be in scope).
