The Authority is looking for a Contractor to carry out a mixture of the following in adherence to the separate specifications provided for each building and lift : Remove the existing lift installations and installation of new lifts Install new lifts Modernise existing lifts Ongoing Maintenance: Complete maintenance in accordance with maintenance specification provided in the tender pack Be compliant with relevant legislation and standards.

All works must: Ensure all installations are open protocol, durable, low maintenance, and compliant with relevant legislation and standards.

Deliver all works within agreed timescales and budget.
