We would like the following to be delivered, as described further in the ITT.

A literature review of publications relating to the designation and management of protected sites in England and Northern Ireland.
B.
A comparison of the effectiveness of the current legislation and its implementation in England and Northern Ireland to examples elsewhere in the world.
