The brief

Broxbourne Council have obtained outline planning consent for the provision of a new business and technology centre, Ambition Broxbourne Business Centre 2, which will form part of a wider new Business Park development on a greenfield site adjacent to the A10 in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.

The proposed building will be four storeys high providing approximately 2,800m2 Gross Internal Area with class B1 use for local SMEs.

The estimated contract value is £8.5 - £9.5 million plus VAT.The core design team have been appointed and the Council are now tendering for a building contractor through a two-stage procurement process.

This is the first stage and interested parties are requested to complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire and submit via the Herts Supply electronic tendering portal by noon on Monday 17th May 2021.
