UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS), on behalf of The Department for Energy

Security and Net Zero have appointed a supplier to conduct an Early process evaluation

of the Floating Offshore Wind Manufacturing Investment Scheme (FLOWMIS).

Aims and Objectives of the Project

The package of work includes:

- Process evaluation of FLOWMIS scheme - 70%

- Process evaluation of OWMIS scheme - 10%

- Development of Theory of Change model for FLOWMIS - 20%
