What the notice says
Not fully read: this is the notice text; attached documents are not read.
VisitBritain is the national tourist board for Britain, with a role of boosting Britain's appeal as a tourism destination, improving its ranking in the eyes of international leisure and business travellers and growing the value of the tourism economy by working in partnership with the industry and delivering inspirational marketing campaigns, driving visits and spend across the nations and regions of Britain. VisitEngland champions domestic tourism within England and supports the English tourism industry. Together they comprise the British Tourist Authority
VisitBritain and VisitEngland are procuring an ongoing subscription for future trends insights. We have an ongoing requirement to (a) understand our audiences - both present and future/potential visitors to Britain and those travelling domestically and (b) ensure that our insights and our decision making are forward-looking.
Forward-looking insights are critical to VisitBritain and VisitEngland especially at times of great flux in consumer attitudes and behaviours. Amongst our research and insights subscriptions and trackers we have ongoing access to a range of forecasts and forward-looking data, including economic and tourism forecasts, flight capacity, flight bookings and accommodation searches. We also collect data on perceptions of Britain as a destination, visitor experiences, and work closely with the Office for National Statistics on official tourism statistics for both inbound and domestic figures.
To complete this picture, we require continuous access to wider insights on the changing consumer landscape and future trends through a subscription service.
