The brief

IWM is tendering for Potential Providers to cover the following support requirements for construction and property projects, via a framework agreement over the next three years (with an option to extend for a further one year): The requirements will be split into the following framework Lots: Lot 1 Asbestos Surveyor Fire Strategy & Risk Assessment Consultant Principal Designer/ CDM/ Health & Safety Advisor Ground Contamination/ Environmental Lot 2 Landscape Consultant Transport Consultant Potential Providers may bid for individual Lots or both Lots.

Potential Providers must be able to provide all of the above support requirements within a respective Lot.

Note: The value of the Framework is an estimation for the first three years and covers long-term capital projects at IWM, some of which are dependent on funding.
