East Cambridgeshire District Council Home Improvement Agency wishes to invite tenders for the provision of disabled adaptations to residential properties with the district of Fenland District Council.
The total annual value of the 4-year framework is anticipated to be between £1.2M to £2M per annum which is dependent on annual government funding and funding rollovers from previous years, this figure is aggregated across all Lots and contractors.
There are 4 separate Lots.
Each Lot can have a maximum of five contractors awarded framework supplier status determined by the highest five bidders for each lot.
Lots are: • Lot 1 - Bathroom Works (Up to 5 contractors). • Lot 2 - Internal Works and Access (Up to 5 contractors). • Lot 3 - External Works and Access (Up to 5 contractors). • Lot 4 - Heating Works (Up to 5 contractors).
