End User Computing (modification notice)

As the OEP was a wholly new organisation at the time of contract award it was not possible to have certainty about the quantities of IT goods required and support services required. As such, the contract was structured to allow a contract variation to be issued each time a tranche of goods/services was required. A series of contract variations/modifications have therefore been undertaken as detailed in the attached schedule. This notice is being published retrospectively to provide transparency about those modifications.

Regulation 72(1)(e) applies as all modifications were not substantial within the meaning of paragraph (8). The overall nature and scope of the contract has not changed.

The original contract value was £998,444.68 (exc VAT)

The current modified contract value is £1,414,043.92 (exc VAT)

The original contract expiry date was 30/09/2023

The current modified contract expiry date is 30/09/2024

• MODIFICATION 2 (CN17) published 14/08/2024

The current modified contract value is £1,884,661.80 (exc VAT)

The current modified contract expiry date is 30/09/2025
