Funding has been obtained for a collaborative transformation programme focusing on adult social care and health. The aim is to reach an understanding of the impact and inter-relationship of transformational change across the sub-region (Cheshire West and Chester; Wirral; Liverpool; Sefton; Knowsley; St Helen's; Warrington; Halton). What we are seeking to commission This work comprises of 3 main areas: 1. Preparation: research and analysis (July/August) 2. Workshop facilitation and presentation: 2 workshops (September and December) 3. Production of summary report (February/March).
