While this funding is expected to continue, the level and frequency of grant funding cannot be guaranteed.
The appointed provider will be required to deliver any services funded through such grants for as long as the funding is available.<br/><br/>Where grant funded roles currently exist within the service, staff employed in these roles may transfer to the new provider under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE), subject to the usual legal tests.
