Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) is developing its next-generation Asset Safety and Compliance Framework (ASC2), building upon the existing ASC1 framework.
The potential scope of ASC2 is currently expected to include services relating to Asbestos consultancy, surveying and removal services, Property protection and security services, Water hygiene, testing and treatment services, Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) compliance services, Electrical testing, inspection and remedial works, Building safety and associated compliance services and other statutory compliance disciplines identified through market engagement
The above scope is indicative at this stage and may be amended or expanded following Preliminary Market Engagement and further development of the procurement strategy.
Please refer to the attached ASC2 Preliminary Market Engagement document for further information on the proposed framework and details of how to register for the Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) event.
