The brief

This is a Prior Information Notice.

NHS South East London Integrated Care Board (NHS SEL ICB, hereafter referred to as "The Authority") invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) and the completion of a Market Engagement Questionnaire from all suitable providers who are capable of delivering the required Community Mental Health Services and Early Intervention Services in Bromley or who wish to provide feedback on the Authority's proposals.

A Information and Soft Market Testing Questionnaire and the detailed Service Specification can be downloaded from the relating EOI Advert at the following ProContract e-procurement portal link: https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert/Index?advertId=054f9a06-e6be-ed11-8120-005056b64545 The NHS South East London Bromley borough services include: Lot 1: Community Mental Health Employment Service Individual Placement Support Service (IPS) Postnatal and Perinatal Community Support Service Bromley Mental Health Hub Lot 2: Talking Therapies (IAPT) The current contract is due to expire on 31/03/2024 and NHS SEL ICB is seeking expressions of interest from capable suppliers ahead of launching a procurement process to determine the service provider for the services from 01/04/2024.

The annual contract value is expected to be around £5,406,490 per annum.

This translates to a maximum 2-year contract value of £10,812,980 and a maximum 4-year contract value of £21,625,960.

Interested providers are requested to express an interest in this project and complete the Market Engagement Questionnaire available on the ProContract e-procurement portal before the 24th March 2023 at 15:00 GMT.

Completed Market Engagement Questionnaires must be submitted via the ProContract portal messaging facility.

Any communications or clarification questions about this contract opportunity must be submitted be via the messaging facility for this project.

The deadline for any clarification questions is 12:00 (noon) on 20th March 2023.

This Market Engagement process is being managed by the Procurement & Contracting Hub (hosted by NHS North East London) on behalf of NHS South East London.
