West Northamptonshire Council has awarded a contract to Access UK Limited for the provision of the SPROC (ADAM) Home to School Transport procurement, transaction and management solution.
This contract is a call-off from the YPO Commissioning Solutions 2 framework (Ref: 001231), which was established under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The award was made in accordance with the framework terms.
The initial contract term runs from 28 February 2026 to 27 February 2030, with an option to extend for up to a further three (3) years, subject to the Council's discretion and the terms of the contract.
