SCH would like to invite submissions for the Service, Repair and Maintenance of Air Conditioning units.
The works shall consist of the quarterly servicing, and the day-to-day responsive repair of Air Conditioning Units.
The proposed term of the Contract will be for an initial 2-year 10-month period, with an option to extend this period by up to a further two 12 month periods which will be subject to satisfactory performance.
The contract will commence on 1st June 2022, initially ending following the 2-year 10-month period on 31st March 2025.
