The brief

The University seeks proposals from qualified suppliers for the provision of reactive maintenance, servicing, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for all catering and refrigeration equipment, in all hospitality and retail outlets.

The contract will be split into two lots: 1.Catering Equipment 2.Refrigeration Suppliers are expected to ensure high standards of service delivery, maintaining operational excellence across our facilities.

The aim is to partner with suppliers that can deliver consistent and reliable maintenance support, contributing to the seamless operation of the University’s catering and retail services.

This tender is divided into distinct lots: Lot 1 for Catering Equipment and Lot 2 for Refrigeration.

Suppliers can bid for either one or both lots, based on their expertise and capacity.

This will also include a site visit at the University of Bath which will give bidders a chance to look at the required areas for lot 1 & lot 2.
